Sun, January 2, 2005 - 12:33 AMI took some friends down to a party at a newly opened club that was still mopping the floor on one of the dance floors after we arrived. The bartender told us that just a few hours before she was serving us drinks that there was no alcohol in the bar and an inch of dust on everything.
It wound up being a pretty good time; I liked the fact that the two dance floors and three bars were not as godawfully crowded as the NYE party that I attended last year.
Afterward, I came home and wrote a small entry in a more public blog that shoulda gone in my LiveJournal instead (because the latter is all about me, baby). -
